Man, let me tell you about topwell. This guy is off-the-charts good at what he does. Detail-oriented? Dude, he practically wrote the book on it. And talk about patience—this guy has the patience of a saint. Always polite, always professional. He's like a mechanical design wizard, I swear. And he doesn't just get the job done, he nails it, down to the tiniest detail. Plus, even with the crazy time difference, he's on it, no delays. I mean, seriously, he's a workaholic—gotta remind him to take a breather sometimes! Got a bunch more projects lined up with topwell design and I couldn't be happier with his work. He's a real gem, no doubt about it!

It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He not only developed my concept into a detailed dozen page assembly sheet, but also took account of various minor details in my product to make it stable and assemblable. I knew at once that such attention to details can only come from an experienced industrial designer. If my expectation was 10, he blew a straight 100.
